This is everything you need to build a rotary fourth axis for your CNC machine. 50mm 3 Jaw Chuck and Tailstock. 57HB54-401A 1.3Nm 2.4A. TB6600 4A (9-42V) Stepper Motor Driver. XLR style M/F connector inline (soldered) roughly middle of cable.Four position terminal block at one end of cable with spade terminals. Separated, striped, and tinned at the other end of cable. All connections soldered, heat shrink used where appropriate. The Chuck, Tailstock, and Stepper Motor are assembled as one unit. The chuck is driven by a heavy, toothed belt.
This assembly and the tailpiece both include a hard rubber mounting block for vibration dampening. Mounting bolts are also included.Note that the jaws of the chuck may be reversed to grip an inside. The three pieces are numbered and must be re-assembled in the correct order. This was assembled and tested but never put into production. My projects simply took a different path and I no longer had a need for a rotary axis, and therefore never bought the software to actually put it to use. As shown in the pictures there is a small cosmetic blemish on the top of the housing for the live end. It was there when I bought the piece initially. It looks like someone was a bit heavy handed with a buffing wheel, and should in no way affect performance.
